How do I check what is included?
Read the contents list and select the kit option on the product page. The listed contents define the kit. Different photo angles do not add pieces, and props used in styled scenes are not included.
Are cleaning products included?
No. The kits contain tools only. Cleaning liquids, sprays, powders, disinfectants and shoe polish are not included. Water or a separate suitable cleaning product may be needed for a wet step; follow the surface or item's care instructions.
Can I use the AC kit on any unit?
Check your unit's dimensions, cover fit and manufacturer instructions. Turn the unit off, disconnect power and keep water away from electrical components. Use brushes and opening tools only where the instructions permit, and let cleaned parts dry fully before restoring power. The kit does not provide electrical repair or replace professional internal servicing.
Are the pet hair tools safe on every fabric?
No single scraper suits every fabric. Test a hidden area gently and stop if the edge catches or marks the surface. Avoid looped, delicate, knitted or easily snagged fabrics unless their care instructions permit the tool. The kit is for household surfaces, not grooming an animal's body.
Does the shoe kit work on suede or sneakers?
The Leather Shoe Brush Kit focuses on compatible finished smooth leather and dry dusting. It is not a universal suede, nubuck or sneaker-cleaning set. Follow the shoe maker's care instructions and spot-test before use.
Does the glass kit also clean tracks?
The Glass & Window Cleaning Kit has a washer, squeegee, steel handle and bucket for permitted reachable glass. It does not include a track brush or finishing cloth. Check coated-glass care instructions and work only within a safe reach.
Will the kitchen brushes fit my bottle or spout?
Compare the brush head with the opening and follow the item's care instructions. Choose a head that moves freely and do not force it through a narrow opening or into a sealed part. Keep kitchen brushes separate from tools used elsewhere.
Can I soak the tools or put them in a dishwasher?
Only use a cleaning method that the particular tool's instructions allow. Washability and temperature limits vary. Remove trapped debris and dry permitted washable parts fully before storing. See the kit care guide.
