Service scope
Neat Helpers provides furniture assembly for lift-access addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories, subject to model and site checks. We are an independent assembly service and are not affiliated with IKEA or the furniture seller.
Estimates and quotations
Website figures are estimates. The minimum assembly charge is HK$300 per visit, not an extra HK$300 on top of the item charges. Anti-tip fixing and packaging removal are extra. The scope, models, quantities, additional tasks and price must be set out and agreed in the quotation.
Bookings and payment
A preferred date is part of an enquiry. A booking is confirmed only when both parties agree the quotation and date. Standard furniture assembly requires no deposit; payment follows the completion check at the agreed price. This website takes no payment. Saving, copying or opening WhatsApp does not confirm enquiry delivery or a booking.
Site conditions and changes
Parts and appropriate instructions must be available, with a suitable safe workspace. Anti-tip fixing follows manufacturer requirements and site assessment. If the furniture differs from the information supplied, or parts are missing, damaged or require extra work, we explain the issue, proposed solution and costs before agreeing to proceed.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Contact the original enquiry channel as early as possible. Arrangements for rescheduling, cancellation, attendance or completed-work charges must be confirmed in writing before booking. This website does not impose automatic penalties.
Completion checks and follow-up
Review stability, hinges, drawers, moving parts and the agreed tasks together on completion. Report later issues with photos and a description. We check the cause, explain a proposed solution and any costs, then agree the follow-up. Completion checks do not affect applicable consumer rights.
