  • Cleaner, conditioner and/or polish appropriate to leather and colour

From preparation to dry storage

  1. Confirm smooth finished leather suitability and protect work surface.
  2. Remove loose dirt and laces as appropriate.
  3. Clean gently with maker-approved product and dedicated cloth.
  4. Allow prescribed drying, then apply appropriate care product thinly.
  5. Buff with clean separate brush/cloth.
  6. Air-dry away from heat; keep residue-bearing tools in labelled pouch.

Check the fit and material

  • For suitable smooth finished leather only.
  • Suede, nubuck, patent, delicate and specialist leathers need separate instructions.
  • Do not soak leather; patch-test colour/product compatibility.
  • Do not call polish a cleaning product or imply chemicals included.

Keep tools assigned to their task, wash them only as their care instructions allow, and dry reusable items before storage. Refill parts must match the supplied tool model, size and connector.
