Use & task notes

Useful add-ons for specific situations

  • Splash goggles if required by the cleaner label.
  • Larger soak basin for oversized filters.
  • Manufacturer-matched replacement charcoal filters.
  • Manufacturer-approved glass-cooktop scraper where specifically required.

Have ready at home

  • Clean water.
  • Material-compatible degreaser or dishwashing detergent where permitted; no chemicals included.
  • Appliance instructions.
  • Sink large enough for permitted parts that do not fit the tray.

From preparation to dry storage

  1. Turn appliances off and let them cool. Protect nearby surfaces and remove only parts identified as user-removable in the manual.
  2. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth. Use brushes or the plastic scraper only on approved surfaces. Avoid soaking controls.
  3. Wash only confirmed washable filters and removable parts in the tray or sink. Bag solid grease debris. Charcoal filters generally require replacement.
  4. Rinse and fully dry washable parts before refitting. Clean and dry the tray, cloths and tools before storage.

Check the fit and material

  • For cooktop exterior, permitted removable parts and accessible extractor surfaces.
  • Excludes motor housing, wiring and duct dismantling.
  • Washable metal filters and replacement charcoal filters must be distinguished using the appliance manual.
  • A plastic scraper is not universally compatible with every cooktop or finish.
  • Proposed contents are not confirmed bundled stock.

Keep tools assigned to their task, wash them only as their care instructions allow, and dry reusable items before storage. Refill parts must match the supplied tool model, size and connector.
